Why is my first payment higher?
This is not extra money that you are being charged. This money comes off of your lease and helps speed up shipping. It may also include extended warranty if that is what you selected.
Are you doing a credit check?
In most cases there is no credit check. In some cases we may pull a credit report from Equifax or TransUnion. Please ask your agent if you are
concerned about your credit score.
What is your return policy?
Products with damage or not working are easily returned and/or
replaced. We will also accept laptop returns for non-defective items,
however the customer is responsible for shipping and a restocking fee.
Will this help improve my credit score?
As long as you always make your payments on time you may see a great
increase to your credit score. In some cases you may see results on your
credit report almost immediately.
Where are your Laptops shipped from?
Depending on the laptop, it will be shipped from one of our U.S. fulfillment centers. And yes, we offer free shipping across the United States.
Can I order more than one Laptop?

What is the term of the lease agreement?
One of the great benefits to our program is that you get to choose the
term. Our leases are fully open and can be paid out at anytime without
penalty. Many pay them out in one year but others choose to keep them
open so that they can increase their credit score faster.
How does the reporting work?
Our lenders report an I1 on your credit report monthly as long as you
make your payments on time. Making payments on time typically will
increase your credit score.
How fast will my credit score go up?
There are several different factors that impact how fast your credit score
will go up but ensuring your payments are on time is the best way to get
your credit score up as fast as possible. Many people see fast increases to their credit score on their credit report. Equifax or TransUnion credit
score results may vary.
How do I apply for the lease-to-own payment plan?
Any of our agents can help you get approved quickly. Our online lease application is fast and easy.
Do you sell anything other than computers?
Yes! In addition to laptops, we also offer smartphones and other everyday consumer electronics.
Do I have to pick it up at a post office?
Standard shipping is free however, you have the option to choose express shipping and our extended warranty package.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping across the United States and you have the option to choose express shipping and our extended warranty package.
Can I pay monthly?
Absolutely, once your first payment has been made, we can go ahead and set you up on a monthly plan. We are always just a call away.
How fast do you ship the laptops?
With express shipping, we will ship within 5 business days of your 1 st
payment. Regular shipping can take up to 14 days from the date of your
1 st payment.
What is the total cost at the end of the term?
The total cost is calculated as soon as your application has been
completed and will show up on your agreement. Please make sure that
you review your lease agreement prior to signing.
Where do I use my gift card?
Your gift card will be applied during the application process upon
completion. In most cases this amount can be deducted from your final balance when you are ready to pay off your lease-to-own plan.
Do you have a store?
We are strictly e-commerce to save you money. We have eliminated the
middleman and eliminated needless commissions.
Do I have to provide my SSN?
Providing your social security number allows us to properly identify you
and protect you from potential identity theft, and fraud. We are required.
Should I take the extended warranty on my laptop lease?
