Intellitary™ Extended Protection Plan

If your device is found to be defective during the term of your lease due to faulty materials or workmanship, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under the Intellitary™ Extended Protection Plan — provided all lease obligations are met.

Warranty Highlights

The extended warranty coverage begins on the date you sign your lease agreement and remains active through the entire contract term, as long as payments are made on time and the agreement is followed.

  • You must be the original leaseholder and provide a copy of the signed lease or purchase receipt.
  • Transportation or shipping costs for repairs or replacements are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The product must be used in a standard and reasonable manner consistent with the manufacturer’s usage guidelines.
  • Warranty claims require an application and clear photo documentation of the issue.
  • Repairs or replacements are at the sole discretion of the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms and availability.

This extended warranty is non-transferable. Intellitary™ and Laptop-Computer.com are not liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by the product or by inability to use the product. No warranty is provided beyond what is explicitly written here or by the manufacturer.

Some U.S. states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this policy may not apply depending on your jurisdiction. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights based on your state laws.

Intellitary™ does not authorize any other party to modify or extend the warranty terms beyond what is published. Warranty claims must be submitted through www.Laptop-Computer.com using the required supporting documentation:

  • Photos clearly showing the defect or issue
  • A copy of the lease or purchase receipt

If your claim is approved, you must ship the product to Intellitary™ at your expense before repair or replacement can proceed. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be offered. The replacement product is only covered for the remainder of the original lease or warranty period. Additional fees may apply for remote delivery locations.

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for backing up all software and personal data before sending your device for service. Intellitary™ is not responsible for loss of data, including files, documents, passwords, applications, photos, or other digital content. The final decision regarding approval, repair, or replacement rests with Intellitary™ or the designated manufacturer.

RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL LEASE OR RECEIPT FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.
