Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Although Intellitary™ does not provide a direct express warranty on any leased or sold products, we assist in servicing all valid manufacturer warranties for items purchased through Laptop-Computer.com. If your product is found to be defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period due to faulty materials or workmanship, it may be eligible for repair or replacement according to the conditions below.

Warranty Highlights

  • You must be the original purchaser or leaseholder and provide a valid copy of your purchase or lease receipt.
  • Shipping or transportation costs for any repair or replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The product must have been used in a normal, reasonable manner consistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Intellitary™ may require an application and clear photos of the issue before initiating a warranty claim.
  • Repairs or replacements are determined solely by the manufacturer, based on the terms of their warranty.

Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser or leaseholder. Intellitary™ is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the product. We do not make any warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer.

Some states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Manufacturer warranties provide specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

Intellitary™ does not authorize anyone to create any obligation or liability beyond what is stated here or on the manufacturer’s warranty. Additional documentation may be required, and claims must follow the guidelines outlined at www.Laptop-Computer.com.

If a replacement is approved, the original item must be shipped to Intellitary™ at your expense before any replacement is issued. The replacement product may be of similar or like-kind quality if the original is no longer available. Shipping and handling are not covered under manufacturer warranties and must be paid by you. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Any repaired or replaced product is covered only for the remainder of the original manufacturer warranty period. Warranty periods do not reset after service or replacement.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for backing up all data and software before sending your device in for service. Intellitary™ and its agents are not liable for lost data, files, contacts, licenses, messages, media, or other stored content. Our team or the manufacturer will make the final determination on whether a repair or replacement is approved.

YOU MUST RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE OR LEASE RECEIPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE.
