Rebates: Provided that the customer makes all finance payments under the third-party finance agreement on time as required under the terms of that agreement, the customer may be required to use the rebate application process to apply for the rebate from Product™ within the thirty (30) day period following the third year anniversary of the date of the sales agreement. Failure to apply within the thirty (30) day period, or to meet all of the payment obligations on time under the finance agreement, will result in the customer not being eligible for any rebates. This rebate is only available for customers who finance their laptop with the third-party financier.
The APR: The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 29.99% is calculated from the cost of the “Product™” laptop. The APR and the payments for a finance loan based on terms of 12-to-36-month terms with a first payment, primary payment, and recurring payments. The finance loans are open and can be repaid and closed at any time without any extra fees or penalties. Extension of credit is based on the credit guidelines of third-party finance companies and lenders.
The Product™ laptop comes with an optional 3 year Omni Care limited warranty. Product™ offers free shipping to most of Canada, with delivery usually to your door.(Some exceptions apply) There may be an additional shipping charge to the territories and some remote locations. Product™ does not accept the return of products and all sales are final. Please read and review carefully all documents, disclosures, and terms and conditions prior to completing and signing of the Product™ Omni sales agreement and the third-party financing agreement.
